Description
The Sono-Tek DevCoat Spray Coating System is a compact, benchtop ultrasonic spray deposition platform designed for precise, highly uniform thin-film coatings. Featuring a fully enclosed desktop footprint with integrated yellow lighting for photolithography compatibility, the system utilizes advanced ultrasonic atomization technology to produce soft, low-velocity sprays with minimal overspray. Its programmable XY gantry and automated syringe dispense system enable repeatable deposition of photoresists, functional polymers, and precursor solutions across diverse substrate geometries up to 300 x 300 mm.
